Security Deposit
Apart’hotels require a pre-authorisation of a debit/credit card upon check-in to cover any incidentals which you may incur during your stay. Following are the deposits which may be taken upon check in;
Studio – £100 per stay; Deluxe or Duplex One Bed Apartment – £250.00 per stay; One Bed Apartment – £150.00 per stay; Two Bed Apartment – £250.00 per stay; Three Bed Room Apartment – £250.00 per stay
Upon your departure a member of the housekeeping team will check your apartment to ensure that there are no damages to apartment or equipment in the apartment. Should the apartment found to be in satisfactory condition, the pre-authorisation will be released back to you. Although we instruct the card issuer to release the authorisation immediately on your departure date; some card issuers can take up to 7 working days to release the authorisation. When entering the room if you notice anything wrong, please inform us, if you don’t you may be held accountable for it.
Payment of Additional Charges
In addition to the payment of any Security Deposit, valid credit/debit card details must be supplied at the time of booking and/or upon arrival at the apartments to cover any further “additional charges.” These charges will in the first instance be deducted from any Security Deposit held, and thereafter from such debit/credit card as has been supplied and payment will be taken without notice to you. If no “additional charges”, are levied or if there is credit balance on the security deposit such amount will be refunded. A written statement of the “additional charges” will be sent to you. If payment under a debit/credit card is declined, or no card details are provided, we reserve the right to refuse the guest to stay or invoice the booker or guest direct for these charges.
